Overview
Omertà Social Bar takes its name from the Sicilian “code of silence” — a vow of loyalty and discretion rooted in Italian tradition. This elegant venue combines the glamour and mystery of Mafia-era sophistication with warm, inviting hospitality: think tailored suits, flowing dresses, whiskey on the rocks, fiery cocktails served with flair, and intimate gatherings shared over fine food and expertly crafted drinks.

The Challenge
Omertà’s identity needed to capture the mystique of the Sicilian Mafia’s code of silence while honouring the proud heritage of Brescia, Leonessa d’Italia, and its Eastern Lombard language roots. The challenge was to blend these layers authentically, using IPA phonetic symbolism to ensure precise pronunciation and deepen the cultural connection. This meant uniting the Mafia’s code, Brescia’s history, and Eastern Lombard heritage into one seamless brand identity.
Our Approach
We crafted a refined visual identity with deep, indulgent colours and elegant typography. The logotype draws on Eastern Lombard script, reflected in the letterforms. The palette of rich greens, golds, and stone textures evokes candlelit warmth and whispered mystery. IPA phonetic marks were thoughtfully added to ensure pronunciation clarity and enrich the cultural story.
