Overview

We partnered with Numuti from the very start, shaping a bold, premium brand that blends ancient African medicinal knowledge with modern science and technology. Tasked with creating the full visual and digital identity for Numuti, a nootropic made with Sceletium, we crafted a brand that reflects both heritage and innovation, helping establish its presence in local and international markets.

The Challenge

We were tasked with creating a visual identity that reflected both the purity of scientific advancement and the richness of ancestral healing. The aim was a premium, credible brand that honours the product’s indigenous heritage. This balance of tradition and innovation is evident in every detail. From clean white backgrounds to the modernised African shapes and patterns, the creative logo and supporting graphics.

Our Approach

We designed the logo, packaging, e-commerce website, and 3D renders for digital campaigns and investor presentations. A white palette conveyed clinical clarity, while metallic blue, gold, and pink foils added colour accents reflecting each product’s unique mood. The logo features a human figure overlooking the African landscape with wave motifs symbolising desert winds, a tribute to the Khoi-San and their historic use of sceletium, expressing the fusion of traditional plant medicine with modern wellness.
