This was not a logo update, but a complete rebrand designed to work across global markets, languages and touchpoints. Delivered in close collaboration with executive leadership and international teams, the result is a unified, scalable identity built for global consistency and long-term growth.

Top Employers Institute needed a modern, future-proof brand that could scale across regions, cultures and languages while maintaining clarity, authority and trust. The identity had to work consistently across enterprise corporates, HR leaders, regional markets and digital platforms, without fragmentation. Odyssey was tasked with creating a single, unified system capable of supporting a complex global organisation and its diverse audiences worldwide.
Our Approach
Odyssey led a six-month global rebrand in close partnership with executive leadership and international teams. The identity was built around the “Layers of Excellence” concept, representing the continual building and refinement of insight-driven HR practices over time. This thinking informed a flexible, system-led design approach that delivers clarity, cohesion and long-term brand authority.
